This policy covers The Studio by Han Khim (studio.hankhim.com), a free filmmaking course and creative community operated by Han Studios. It explains what we collect when you apply, join, and participate — and how to control it.

What data we collect

Depending on how you use the Studio, we collect:

Why we collect it

We use this data to:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your application or course data to run ads targeted at you.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted service providers ("processors") to run the Studio. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function:

We do not permit these processors to use your data for their own purposes outside of running the Studio on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We delete or anonymize data once it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Access and deletion requests

You do not need to message Han personally to exercise these rights. Email Loading Studio staff contact… with the email address on your Studio account and tell us what you'd like: a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion. Studio staff — not Han — handle these requests, and we'll confirm completion in writing.

We aim to respond to access and deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your course progress, application record, and personal data from active systems, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal, security, or anti-fraud reasons.

International processing

Han Studios is based in Cambodia. The service providers listed above operate infrastructure in multiple countries, which means your data may be processed or stored outside the country you applied from. By applying to and using the Studio, you consent to this transfer, which is necessary to provide the service.

The Studio separates distinct consents so agreeing to one never quietly opts you into another:
